The Heartland Network Refreshes Primetime with Expanded Originals and the Return of a Fan Favorite
Original Series Move to New Times as Music City Tonight Returns
The Heartland Network launched its refreshed Spring primetime schedule on Monday, March 2, led by expanded original programming and the return of a viewer favorite.
Originals lead the lineup.
The Chuck Wicks Show continues its breakout second season, now airing one hour earlier on Tuesdays at 9 PM/8 PM Central. Known for their fast-paced, unscripted chemistry, Chuck and his dynamic co-host Sami Shea bring green-room energy to primetime. A rising voice in Nashville media, Sami adds sharp wit, generational perspective, and a fearless instinct for asking the questions others won’t. Her quick-fire style balances Wicks’ credibility as a recording artist and Nashville insider, creating conversations that feel authentic, unpredictable, and distinctly current.
Season two features standout guests, including John Morgan, Laura Osnes, Drew Baldridge, Matt Cooper, and surprise appearances still to come, delivering rare access to the artists and stories shaping today’s country sound. The series continues to emerge as one of Heartland’s fastest-growing original franchises.
Keith Stegall’s High Dollar Hill returns for its highly anticipated second season, moving up one hour to Wednesdays at 9 PM/8 PM Central. The exclusive original series offers an intimate look inside the creative world of one of Nashville’s most influential and prolific producers. A multi-platinum hitmaker whose work has helped shape the careers of artists such as Alan Jackson and Zac Brown Band, Stegall brings decades of chart-topping success to candid conversations about songwriting, production, leadership, and the evolving sound of country music. High Dollar Hill continues to give viewers rare access to the craft, the relationships, and the decision-making that define the genre today.
Back by popular demand, Music City Tonight returns to weeknights at 10 PM/9 PM Central. Fully refurbished with upgraded video presentation, the iconic series hosted by Lorianne Crook and Charlie Chase once defined country music television, featuring conversations with legends such as Reba McEntire, Dolly Parton, and Garth Brooks while spotlighting future superstars at pivotal moments in their careers.
“The Heartland Network’s new lineup reflects both our heritage and our future,” says Otto Padrón, Co-President & COO, Get After It Media. “With the continued growth of originals like Keith Stegall’s High Dollar Hill and The Chuck Wicks Show, alongside the return of fan favorite Music City Tonight, we are delivering programming that celebrates country culture while actively shaping what comes next.”
