October 5, 2015

Chattanooga Tenn. (October 5, 2015) – Luken Communications, LLC announced today that Aaron Tippin: Twenty-Five, a documentary celebrating Tippin’s 25th anniversary in the country music industry, will broadcast on The Heartland Network this Friday, October 9, at 8:00 p.m. EDT/PDT and 6:00 p.m. CDT in Nashville and Paducah.

Aaron Tippin: Twenty-Five chronicles the 25 years of Tippin’s career, giving viewers an in-depth look at the country legend’s rise from his humble beginnings to international country music star. The documentary includes interviews with Tippin as well as the industry pros that helped make him a household name.

Tippin admits that he looks at his career longevity with a little bit of amazement. “I think about it and go, wow. What am I still doing here? I look at the flight that we took off in,” referring to his fellow newcomers at the beginning of his career. “A lot of them are gone, it seems. Some quit by choice. Some ran out from under it, but to be here 25 years doing it, I am the luckiest hillbilly that ever lived.”

Matt Golden, Luken’s Vice President of Programming, said, “Heartland prides itself on bringing the legends of country music into the living rooms of our viewers. The intimate experience offered by Aaron Tippin: Twenty-Five is sure to strike a chord with our audience.”
